I speculate with a reasonable proposal the density here could be increased with a variance. The water line is directly across the street, the sewer line is just a couple hundred feet from the corner. Snowden Street and 6th Street will need to be developed. Supposedly this site was the location of Silverton's turn of the century pre train brick factory. Some of the dirt is not real pretty. The views are spectacular, the property is flat and buildable.
